Q: What Is The Minimum Contract?
A: The minimum contract is one month. Your lease is a month-to-month lease agreement. We require a 2 week notice prior to move out.

Q: What Can I Store?
A: You can store almost anything: furniture, household goods, office items, appliances, boats, motorcycles and cars. At 1st Class Storage you store it, lock it and keep the key.

Q: Can I Pay My Bill By Credit Card?
A: We accept MASTERCARD and VISA credit or debit cards along with Money Orders, Personal Checks, and of course, Cash.

Q: What Is A Climate-controlled Unit?
A: A climate-controlled unit is a unit that maintains a temperature of between 55 and 80 degrees and has a controlled humidity to keep your belongings safe from extreme changes in weather conditions.

Q: Do I Get A Discount If I Commit To A Long-term Lease?
A: Talk to our Resident Manager for our Long Term Discounts.

Q: Inclement Weather
A: In the event of inclement weather the Rental Office will be closed. We will reopen the next possible business day. In the event of an emergency or you are unable to access your unit, please call (717)577-0495.
